These are quite hard and cannot be chewed until you let them sit in your mouth, usually about 30 seconds, then they soften up a bit and can be chewed or just sucked on. The texture is hard and slightly chalky. I have been using these daily for several weeks now and have not noticed a difference in my oral health, but I figure that is something that comes with time. These do help with bad breath and definitely help cut the morning breath on mornings where I can't brush my teeth as soon as I wake up. The mint taste is mild and not overpowering, it also does not linger. I have mixed feelings on that because its nice that it doesnt make my drink or any food I eat after taste minty, however, I usually prefer much stronger mints that give that cold minty feeling in your nose and mouth. 4 stars because I think the price is rather high compared to the value. I think these would be a much better value around $10-15 instead of the $20+ they currently sell for. At that price I cannot justify buying more without seeing more noticeable results from eating these mint/supplements

Old, doesnt taste like mints, hard, and didnt work

I was excited to try these. They come in a nice tin that fits right in my purse. They smell a little grassy but taste minty and are hard to chew. I kept it in my mouth until it got smaller and then chewed it. My mouth feels fresh afterward and I like that it does not have added sugar and has the benefits of probiotics. It does seem pricy for mints but when you factor in the other benefits it may be worth it to you.

These chewable probiotics are not easily chewable. They are almost like a hard candy. I have to let them dissolve a bit before I can break them with my back molars. Once broken, the texture is chalky. They have a bland flavor and are not very minty. Even with a magnifying glass, I cannot read some of the labeling on the back of the tin. Some of it is in 3 pt type. I wish companies would at least use 7 pt type at a minimum for readability. Im trying to increase my probiotics and prebiotics for health reasons, and I like the ingredients in these mints. Ive been taking these daily for two weeks, and I havent noticed a benefit or any difference in my health at all. Ill update if I do.

I found these to be pretty bland in the flavor department. The "mint" is but a mere hint and there are other chalky flavors that make it a pretty terrible mint or chew. I researched and found a ton of research has been done into Inulin and the benefits with few down sides unless your in a small camp that is affected by it. I think if your looking to get more Inulin in your system this is certainly a choice, but not as a mint. I think if they had maybe gone with flavors like grape or something stronger these would be easier to put down.
