I have used these for a few days and so far I've not had any issues like an upset stomach or gas. These capsules can be taken in pill form and total amount of greens is 2500 mg (2.5 g) in 5 capsules each day. There are 30 days of recommended doses here. Five pills a day is a lot though, so I cracked them open and put them into a smoothie on day two. I couldn't taste any bitterness and it went down fine. The ingredients list is a bit confusing and the grams per ingredient isn't listed clearly. However, you get a lot of bang for your buck with so many different kinds of greens and nutrients. The cost of investment is on par with other similar products and overall, it seems to be a quality product!

This product has been amazing for me. Quality, clean organic ingredients, zero sugar and truly does support the health. No bad taste or smell. I dont eat much greens during meals, so its being very helpful to me.

We usually use a powdered form of "power" or "super" greens in our smoothies, and since there are days we don't make smoothies, I was looking for an alternative. These Nutra Champs Organic Super Greens Capsules are a good alternative to powders and are pretty potent in terms of the 40+ nutrients provided. The only issue I have with this product is the extract ratios and amount of each nutrient are not listed. Usually ingredients are listed by their relative weight in the product. For example, the "organic greens blend" in this product lists organic spinach leaf as the first ingredient and organic broccoli (whole plant) as the last ingredient. The total amount of greens is 2500 mg (2.5 g) in 5 capsules. The lack of specifics on ingredients aside, I do like the number of nutrients provided as I never know what my body really needs and try to provide a wide variety of nutrients. I feel like these Organic Super Greens Capsules provide that. I have a very sensitive stomach and these greens were really easy to digest for me. The quality of these super greens is really good with lab testing for purity and potency and it's made in a GMP facility (clean, batch control, etc.). There is a farm to bottle label that I usually don't see on these types of products. Love the organic focus. To me, this is a cost effective way to get good nutrients as I'm not able to source all these organics at our local market --- nor do I have the time to prepare all of them. These Nutra Champs Organic Super Greens Capsules also include things my normal power greens in powdered form don't have - like the probiotics and digestive enzymes (sometimes called probiotics). This is an added value and one reason I will order these again. 5 capsules are a lot to swallow in one sitting and I am spacing these out with meals throughout the day as I feel that gives my body a better chance to use the nutrients fully. This morning we simply twisted a few of the capsules into yogurt for a super yogurt blend, so that is also an option. In capsule form these have an herbal smell and really no taste and in yogurt it tastes a little like adding fresh cut grass - not overwhelming in blueberry vanilla yogurt. Overall, I really like this product. It comes in a dark plastic bottle, and I immediately transferred this to an amber glass bottle to reduce our exposure to plastic, as that is a goal we have this year. It's a good hack and we simply recycled a glass jar from a food product (really nice amber colored Ball jars are available on ZeeBooth). Easy to swallow, no bitter aftertaste.

This is a good quality supplement. There's many beneficial ingredients. The dosages are all ok, but they are in a proprietary blend. Therefore, it's not possible to know how much of each ingredient there actually is. There's 30 servings total. Furthermore the price is relatively reasonable for what you're getting. All in all, this is a good quality supplement. I'd buy this again and would recommend it to anyone interested in it.
