My review is for the Oud Wood Bergamot Diffuser Oil - Air-Scent Aroma and Essential Oil Blend - 10 Milliliter (.34 oz) Fragrance Oil Bottle for Aromatherapy Diusers I actually purchased 2 different scents from this company, who I was previously not familiar with it. The other scent came in a nice gift presentation. This one did not. However, since using it for myself, that didn't matter one bit -- ONLY the scent matters to me! Note, that this is NOT a strict essential oil blend. It is partially a perfume / fragrance blend, not just essential oils. I don't care about that particularly, but there may be some chemical irritation in some who are sensitive to more fragrance-blends (check with your medical provider if you have pulmonary issues!). On the whole, I do really love the scent. I don't know how to describe the "oud" scent but it is more on the manly, fresh, clean type of scents. I did, however prefer my other scent from this company, their Eucalyptus Spa scent.

I decided to try this sent from this particular company because I have their other sent, which is the santal (my favorite). I have decided to only purchase from this company because I have tried many dupes before and the scent is not comparable. I will say that I am only using a water filter at this point. I have not yet purchased the diffuser that does not require water. I know once I do that, the scent will be even more inviting if you are tired of constantly going through different sense and trying to figure out which company has a more authentic fresh organic smell that would also feel a room this company is your company to purchase from I am over looking for anything other than what this company provides. This is the reason why I chose to purchase a small bottle just to see if the longevity of the scent is comparable to the Santal.

I ordered 3 of these Air-Scent diffuser oils in little 10ml sample size bottles. The varieties I selected were "Eucalyptus Spa", "Eucalyptus and Pine" and "Oud Wood and Bergamot". My goal was to choose masculine-leaning scents that would be dark, dry, smoky, woody and resinous. As far as I can tell, the Air-Scent products are mainly comprised of fragrance and carrier oils, but they do apparently contain some natural essential oils as well. It seems like this one uses mostly terpines and terpinoids, in a neutral carrier base. Some of the components include Linalool, Geraniol, Citral, and Limonene. Due to the relatively high cost and scarcity of natural Agarwood, it's common for perfumers in Europe and the Americas to use woodsy-smelling synthetic accords in place of genuine Oud, and this practice is so prevalent that many Westerners have never even smelled the real thing, therefore they can't tell the difference. After sampling it, I can say pretty confidently that Air-Scent's "Oud Wood and Bergamot" contains zero actual Oud Wood, but that's not really surprising. In fact, despite its limitations, this fragrance turned out to be my favorite of the three blends I tested. It's not hyper-woodsy, nor does it have an immediately detectable bergamot component (think Earl Gray tea for that). The patchouli is a bit more noticeable, as is the lavender and I can also detect an "amber" accord and probably some synthetic musk. What this blend DOES smell like is a pleasant, modern designer men's cologne. It's subtle but long-lasting, and it stands out from other room scents, which are often packed with girly-smelling florals, aldehydes, and/or sugary gourmand notes. If you are looking for a spicy, earthy fragrance oil that projects a more mature and unisex vibe, give this product a try!

So pleased with this good scented essential oil for my diffuser! No regrets!

I really love the scent of this oil! I use this in a travel diffuser and not only does it have staying power, it's also pleasing to smell and not overpowering! (I love stronger scents). Overall, if you are looking for something that has a more mature smell, this is definitely for you!
