My puppy still have not taken to this he poops around the pad

We tried this dog training spray two weeks ago as a hopeful solution to help my pup master house training. The idea was to encourage my dog to consistently use the training pad by applying the spray daily. At first, my dog was interested in the scent and would sniff it intently every time. However, despite my persistence, it turns out the spray hasn't been very effective. My dog still struggles to understand that he needs to go to the same spot each time. I've switched to crate training, which has reduced accidents at home by about 80%. It seems that confining my dog to a crate with controlled timing works better for us than the spray. For anyone facing similar training challenges, Id suggest giving crate training a try.

This was purchased to train my puppy. At 3 months he was using the pads then stopped. Go Here did not work at all. Waste of money

I rescued a young female chihuahua a couple of years ago. She needed a lot of TLC as she was abandoned on the side of a local road. Hence, patience was a priority. She is taken out regularly, however, should I be gone longer than planned, I do come home to an oops! I purchased this product to use with the pads, and then the grass mat. Following the directions, and working on being consistent with indoor training. My fur baby just did not get the connection. I thought the first time I sprayed the attraction and she showed interest, I said to myself, finally! Well, it didn't continue, even with me taking her to the area. Not saying it won't work for your pet, mine just turned her nose up and didn't use the designated area.

Sprayed on pee pads. No help. Tried on dog grass pad (sold here on ZeeBooth. Still did his business on the carpet & lifted his leg on the lower edge of my new comforters ( master & guest rooms), legs of vintage furniture, potted plants, corners of walls, you name it. I hate to do it but Im now following the instructions that came with the grass. He is confined to his playpen until I see him start to go, then I grab him & put him on the grass. When hes done, I put him back in his playpen (some people use a dog crate). Continue doing this for a few days until he gets the message. It sounds cruel and I have avoided it for several weeks. I just cant take it anymore. I used a black light flashlight (also available on ZeeBooth) to look for urine stains and was appalled. I finally ordered a stream cleaner, which is advertised as better than a carpet scrubber. It will do a multitude of other tasks so I believe it is a good investment. Theres nothing worse than having friends come to visit and having the house smell of urine. I had that experience with a friend years ago and had to leave the house it was so bad. She couldnt smell it at all. Beware that you may become nose blind and get that dog potty trained! I am unable to use a dog door, which I used with my last dog. It is far superior than any other product. It certainly isnt possible if you live in a high-rise. The grass is a great success for some. It seems the more I spray the Go Here the more he avoids it.
