Mine Doesn't Stick

I have tried using this tape on different fabrics, and I have been frustrated in that it won't stay stuck to the fabric; not even for a minute. I missed the return date, so I will just have to throw it all away. It's not worth the frustration in trying over and over to use it. I would give it less that one star if possible. It's totally useless. I wasted my money. I'll buy a name brand instead.

Works well & doesn't gum the needle

I use this tape mainly for holding zippers in place instead of using pins or clips. While this tape feels a bit thicker than some, it does not gum up the needle and I can install dozens of zippers without a problem. It's also easy to reposition when necessary. Price is fair & I will continue to use it. Good product.

Disappointing, can work but takes extra steps

At first it was not sticking to my fabric at all. Read some other reviews that said they used water to moisten it and it would stick. It does get stickier when wet. However it was very difficult to to get to lay flat and run water from my finger onto it. My chalk lines ran away when wet so it was very hard to get it on a flat line. It would roll up on itself when wet as well. So I got it to work but it added time and was difficult. Will not be ordering again.

Great for temporary hold for sewing projects

I purchased this as a replacement for using pins or clips while making zippered bags. This tape works great to hold the zipper in place before I stitch the layers together. The tape did not gum up the sewing machine needle. I was also able to reposition the pieces if I didn't get them lined up the first time. The width is narrow enough that I wasn't concerned if it would be visible outside my seam.

When I first received this tape, I was very disappointed because it was not sticky at all. And then I took the advice of previous reviewers and used a spritz of water (not heat) and it now sticks better than anything I have purchased in the past. I will definitely buy this again.
