This cream didn't do anything for my hand pain. I put it on and followed the directions but my hands never felt any different. The cream itself was not greasy which was nice; but it does have that medicinal smell to it, very heavily menthol.

Im always looking for pain relief to the aches and pains that trouble me. So what did I think of this one? Ingredients: camphor extract, Arnica Montana, B6, MSM, beta-caryophyllene, emu oil, propanediol, turmeric/curcumin extract, ginger root, ilex leaf, tea tree oil, white willow bark, Boswellia serrata, St. Johns wort, hyaluronic acid, chamomilla recutita flower, mushroom, marshmallow root, Vitamin E, aloe vera. Admittedly, I wasnt sure about the relevance/efficacy of some of those ingredients, but I went with it. How it went on: I didnt use much (as per the directions) and I massaged it in. I was also pleased that it definitely is nongreasy and it soaked in quickly, so I could dress immediately after. Where I used it: I decided to hit two different areas to start. Across my forehead, down the right side and into my neck (cervical headache), and then my low back. How it worked: the camphor seemed to kick in the fastest and there was an instant warming to both areas (along with a strong scent of camphor and tea tree). In terms of pain reduction, my head did start to feel better fairly fast and my low back was feeling a bit more relaxed. Overall: I like it. The scent does linger, but that was expected and it did slowly diminish. Im also thinking of asking my massage person to use this on me, the next time Im in there.

This is as good as it gets for a pain relief cream with only natural ingredients. The initial strong smell of camphor and menthol dissipates pretty quick, as the cream absorbs very well into the skin for me I know there is a lot of variation in skin between individuals, for me this cream seems to fit very well, as much as this may help the statistics from the reviews here. It does take the edge off muscle pain. The menthol sensation is very distinct at first and in a matter of minutes the pain is sensibly diminished. The effect is surely not as immediate, nor as numbing as Lidocaine creams. The good thing is that the effect seems to last longer than other creams, and by the ingredients I dont think I would be able to overdo using this, none of the ingredients ring risky for repeated application during the same day. There is a clearly marked lot number and expiration date on the bottom of the bottle: the one I got expires in January 2026, one year and a half away.

I was very pleasantly surprised when this cream actually worked on my neck pain and muscle spasms and sore muscles. The cream is non-greasy, so I put it on my neck without my hair getting greasy. The crean was totally absorbed within a few minutes. It's actually soothing the second you start to massage it into your sore joints. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to fully work and It feels cool. It doesn't leave sticky residue that would otherwise stain clothing.

Its creamy and has a strong menthol smell that isnt unpleasant. When first rubbed on it has a cooling sensation which was comparable to a name brand I use. But..it didnt last quite as long and I had to reapply. You can only apply 4 times a day. As another reviewer noted, I wish it came in a roll on. Would be much more convenient as the smell lingers awhile on your hands, even after washing.
