These are a nice, soft covered journal type book. Good for everyday note taking, or sketching if you so desire. Well made and pretty durable, I like the feel and texture of the cover. The pages are of good quality and are sturdy. These would make a nice gift for coworkers and friends.

These unlined notebooks are perfect for sketching and doodling in! I sent as a gift to a budding artist and she wont leave home without them. Its a fun way to be artistic, and the notebook is stylish looking. Highly recommend!

Another greate Paperage notebook! Thick, fountain-pen friendly paper, sturdy binding, quality cover. This is a great value and much better quality than the current Moleskine offerings.

Its essentially a composition notebook. Remember those back in the day? Black and white on the cover? College or wide ruled on the inside? This is just that, except, its all grown up. Its got nice bounding, soft linen like cover. Mine came in blue and it actually feels really nice to use. Its foldable and pliable making it easy to hold or fold back. Perfect for notetaking and jotting down thoughts.

I'm reviewing the PAPERAGE Soft Cover Blank Journal Notebook 2-pack, which I ordered in the PINK color. These are similar to the generic, cheap composition books available with school supplies as follows: * the size of the pages * the number of pages (100) * the particular type of sewn binding they have (essentially, all of the sheets are a single signature) The ways these differ from those composition books: * They're available with blank (unlined) pages * The cover. It's thinner, more flexible, and and has a subtle, cloth-like texture to it. It also seems to be coated so as to be at least somewhat resistant to liquid/moisture. * It (sort of) has a pocket in the back * The paper. Rather than being white, it's light ivory (per the description--I'm not good at naming colors). Also, this is supposedly "premium" paper, which they describe as 80 gsm (weight). The paper is interesting. I perceive it as visually having a subtle, kind of blotchy, random pattern on it, but it feels very smooth. Honestly, I expected this paper to be heavier and nicer than what it is. I can't tell much of a difference between this paper and Five-Star filler paper. The weight seems about the same. They're equally transparent/opaque. They ghost about the same. My highlighters bleed through about the same (minimal) amount. I disagree with the company's claim that there isn't ghosting. Writing on this paper with Pigma micron or Gelly Roll definitely shows on the opposite side. It doesn't bleed through, but you can definitely see that there is writing on the opposite side of the page (the definition of ghosting, as I understand it). If you slip a printed sheet of paper underneath one of the sheets, you can easily see that there is printing there, so it only makes sense that there is also ghosting of dark colored ink. Altogether, I don't know whether I would repurchase these at my own expense at this price point.
