Nice looking hat but isn't very practical. Rigid and sizing is very tricky. Ear hole.cutouts were quite small. I'd prefer a different model that is a little more flexible on sizing.

Update...After posting my issue with the hat I received the Customer service team reached out. After further conversation they not only refunded my original purchase but sent a new style hat for my pup.. the new style is awesome.. fits as I had hoped.. This sell is Great... In this case it's a hat for a dog and by no means are the heads the perfect portions to every style... I would by from this seller again.. They stand behind what they sell and personally I think went well above my expectations to make sure in the end I was satisfied... Thank you again for reaching out and going above and beyond to make sure everything was done that could be to satisfied.. Originally..Looks cute, price was fine, delivery was timely but size was way off.. i needed an LX, at best what was recd was a medium and that's being generous.. I was bummed... quality seems nice, but size way off

Hat is cute. However, not made for any dog I could try it on. Too short in the back. Proportioned incorrectly. Not comfortable, cannot use, the hat is stiff and not pliable. No elastic or adjustable band on the hat. Hat is triangle shaped and would not stay on. Bought correct size as per size chart.

I got this item to try as my dog likes to sunbathe. However, her fur on her head is really thin and I worry about her getting skin cancer! She hates sunscreen and the options for dogs are pricey when used everyday. I feel like hats for dogs can be challenging due to the shape of their heads. With that said, the one I purchased is really cute, but the sizing might be a little off. Also, my dogs ears dont really fit or work well to keep the hat on. Not sure if this is due to sizing of the hat or the size of her ears! Either way, the product stays on her head as long as she is still but the moment she decides to chase a squirrel it falls off.

I bought a blue cap for my dog and it was a perfect fit. He doesnt seem to mind. I really love it, so Id ordered in grey color small, and it was huge. So I returned it, thinking its defective. I ordered in red color, and its wide again. My dog has small head, and even 1/2 in wider makes a difference. To make it a narrower fit, I would have to tie the string tighter and its choking him. I love the sturdy material and vibrant color, but size small is not quite small, so Im returning it again. I wish they would have xs. Im reordering in yellow color, hoping that it will be the right fit. Also they dont carry in all colors fir size small either, but Im giving another try, because it helps my dog to protect his eyes.
