Comfort inserts are designed to stick in your shoe in order to minimize sliding. The water based adhesive sticks the pad to your shoe's insole, so it stays in place as you take them on and off. The Comfort inserts are designed specifically for the ball of your foot, with added support to the heel. It helps relieve burning and aching, spreading throughout the metatarsal, and even bunions. These insoles are designed to fit shoes from US sizes Women's 6 through Men's 13 (EU 36 - 46). You should pick the size that corresponds closest to your shoe. If you are a half size above the higher number, pick the next size insert up (e.g. size 6.5 should purchase the Women's 7 size).
