Exactly what I wanted BUT dose not swing side to side, stays to one side and jerks.

This is how I mounted my pirate skeleton, on a flat rock surrounded with 1 1/4" white stones.

The media could not be loaded. Someone else commented on how to fix the lack of movement and said it is probably a common problem. It is. When working this is the best moving decoration. But when you get it it will likely not move side to side. Someone figured out that if you just tug out the tubing going into the item a tiny bit: like 1/18 of an inch it will not interfere with the foot movement. Magic! Transforms the experience from misery to joy. At the factory they cant check whether the tube is inserted too far because they requires placing it in a tank etc. not for $10. Good luck. Dont give up. Enjoy. Took me 2 days to find that review.

Fish are afraid of it

The item is very cute but once I plug it in the fish hide. It makes very big bubbles, and the skeleton doesn't slide from side to side he just stands still and kind of jiggles a little when the bubbles come up. It now sits in a box with my fish stuff I don't use.

Great addition to larger aquarium

Neat little bubbler decoration that can be added to an aquarium. This particular model is reminiscent of the skeleton from the Disney Pirates of the Caribbean ride. It has a cool bubble effect that mimics movement. Overall a very cool addition and way to bring excitement to an aquarium.

Whimsical novelty item

The media could not be loaded. This is cute. As others have noted, it is rather delicate (necessary to get it to shimmy and shake) and it may not operate perfectly. Mine does not move from side to side as it seems designed to, but the head bobs around a lot and the arms and ship's wheel move slightly. The overall effect is that the skeleton is steering, and his head moves from side to side and bobs around nicely. I suppose if I tinkered with it, it might move more as intended, but I like it just fine as it is. It adds a nice bit of whimsy to the tank. All I did was open the package, hook up the air line, and plop it in.
