I buy a LOT of things from ZeeBooth but don't do a lot of reviews. I absolutely HAD to do one for this brush. We got our dog when she was 2 months old and I immediately started attempting to brush her with (what I consider) a standard dog brush. She went after that brush every single time (biting it) and it was impossible to, actually, brush her. I moved on to the gloves thinking maybe the metal on the first brush hurt her. She didn't like the gloves either. I had almost given up but decided to make one last attempt. The third time, I was only looking for a comb as my dog now had mats behind her ears and one of my personal combs didn't seem to bother her. I found this set when I searched for "dog comb". I read the reviews and saw that there were a lot of people in the same boat that I was in. I received the brush and comb set and my dog will (believe it or not) let me brush her with this "brush". AND it de-sheds like a dream. If you are on the fence, JUST BUY IT! You won't be disappointed.

Dont even waste your time reading this review- buy it!!! We have 3 cats, no carpet inside and Im a bit of a clean freak. No matter what I do or how much I vacuum there is always cat hair! Sometimes it will literally blow by like tumbleweeds. lol Ive tried another brush in the past and all 3 cats hated it. It just wasnt worth the hassle and fuss to get a few strokes in before they were absolutely not having it. So, I quit trying and kept feverishly vacuuming daily. Then our oldest, very furry, chunky cat in the photo started getting mats! I was distraught and turned to ZeeBooth. I almost skipped this one over -due to how inexpensive it is! But, then I took to the reviews. Man, blown away!!! It removes SO MUCH HAIR!! EVERY SINGLE DAY- sometimes twice daily! It is unbelievable! And my vacuum? Well, it has finally been given a well deserved break! They have a nice weight and are easy to hold and maneuver- plus you get a comb and a brush! Either of these items sold individually you fetch far more in price! (Lets hope they dont read this)! Strokes smoothly, but you do have to be gentle. Especially if any of your cats have a little extra weight/rolls. Seriously, these should be used with care. Theyre attractive for what they are and the kicker is all 3 of our cats love them. We take them outside supervised twice daily and they all come for brush time. Theyve actually lined up or butted next in line. Its amazing. I dont know what else to say except this is one of the best purchases I can remember making in a very long time. Truly saying something! Try it. I have a cat that looks like a Maine coon in the front. His hair not only gets into water when he drinks, but also when shedding the fur under the arms and chest area have a tendency to get twisted almost into a lock. Use the brush wider side first in an angle and gently hold your hand down on the skin to gently guide as not to yank. You can feel where the naps are and try to separate a little with fingers first. Once more separated, switch to use the other side in the same way. Once you feel the matting is better, begin with the wider toothed side of the comb in the same way until you get smooth. At that point you can use the smaller toothed comb or a smoothing brush. A little patience is needed and you may need to do this literally a couple of times a day as with most long haired pets. They are more work, but they begin to love the attention. Give treat after to associate grooming with positivity.

This is my first ragdoll can I have owned and have experienced random matting in his fur even though I brush him everyday. After some research I found that the undercoat will sometimes cause matting. So evidently I found this product and omg! It glides like butter and grabs so much hair its unbelievable! I have a basic cat brush that I use all the time and this product brings it to shame. I will use that one as a leisure going forward and use this new tool for grooming with a serious intention of grooming. To my surprise it even worked on my orange tabby, he has short-medium hair and it took out so much! I seriously wish I bought this sooner It would have saved him a lot of time grooming himself, same with my new ragdoll kitten who just turn 1
