It doesn't pull the hair off blanket or rug very well at all. I can remove more with my hand.

It works pretty well but rather tiny. I wish it was a bit larger with a wider handle. Handy for using on the stairs and small carpets.

These brushes are simple, inexpensive tools but are easy to handle and do a good job getting into very narrow corners. When we vacuum the carpet on our stairs, we inevitably have to use the crevice tool to get into the corners, and it just can't suck everything up. It's easy to get these little brushes into those tight area, even ones with right angles, and brush the fur out out of the carpet, all the way to the edges and corners. They can certainly be used on other materials and fabric, but I thought they did better on carpet than on clothing or furniture fabric with low piles. The bumpier side is better for grabbing out of deeper piles. The smoother side does a better job on smoother materials. The "gripper" material feels like hard rubber. It has a little flexibility to it but is mostly rigid. It doesn't feel sticky at all so it only picks up what it can reach and grab. To clean, you can just pull the fuzz off of the strips. Overall, I think these are handy, safe, inexpensive ways to get rid of pet hair that has settled in difficult places.

We have cats and people who love to wear black in the same household. I have some chairs with chair covers that are a favorite haunt for our cats who "hairify" them thoroughly overnight. Although the pet hair sticks to the chair covers it also readily transfers to our clothes. Vacuuming doesn't work well with the stretchy fabric so I needed another solution that is quick and easy. These pet hair removers are perfect for quick clean ups on the chairs and couches. I also found them useful for precleaning the rinsable prefilters on our HEPA air filters. Rinsing the mat of pet fur off the prefilters leads to a gunky mess stuck in the rough, porous prefilter. This pet hair tool made the task much easier by removing most of the fur before the rinsing step so there was no stringy mess. This pet hair remover is 100% reusable which I find preferable to tape rollers that run out or don't work on denser patches of fur. There are two in a pack. They thoughtfully included adhesive hangers to hang the tool in a nearby handy spot. A good bargain given their usefulness and reusability.

We have five, indoor-only cats, and three of them are longer haired, so we know pet hair! These little brushes just blew me away with how quickly and well they worked at getting hair off furniture! They even got hair up that I didn't see on the cat tree, and talk about easy! No dragging out the vacuum, which never does a great job, and no killing your wrist! These are a steal at twice the price! To be clear, these SHOULD NEVER BE USED DIRECTLY ON AN ANIMAL! HOW TO: Just pick a side of the comb and run it over the material a couple times. If that doesn't do it, try pulling the comb in a different direction, or flip the comb over to use the other side!
