This tie out works exactly like you expect it should. The reflective paint makes it easier to my find at night, and the fabric makes it easier to get a grip in the dewy mornings.

I have a seventy pound pitbull who I'm using this tie out four when i'm outside working in the garden so that he doesnt wander off if i'm not paying attention. Surprised it's got a colorful design to it. Very pretty in the sun, and it is very highly reflective with just a hint of light on it (you can see in the flash photo in daylight) Has heavy metal clips on both ends and the one end has the twist spring before the hook. UPDATE: I was working in yard an jad the dog on the cable tie out for about an hour. My dog gets upset if I use hose and he cannot attack it. He proceeded to chew the material and plastic coating off of the tie out in two spots (see photo) since it is a wire cable under it, he did not get loose. Its no longer pretty BUT he couldnt get loose!! A+++

We had my puppy tied to this off and on all day today. With 30 ft she has plenty of room to run around and play. The cable seems to be very strong. The reflective print on it makes it easy to spot quickly. It didn't tangle at all. So far I'm very happy with this.
