The device works, and arrived quickly. I had no issues with the seller or the delivery of the product. The product itself just is not a good product. It works, but is not effective. It only beeps and it goes off when any dog barks, not just the dog wearing it. So it's too sensative, and not triggered by just the dog that happens to be wearing it, which makes it less effective. It confuses the dog wearing it, and didn't assist with preventing barking. If designed to only beep when triggered by the dog wearing it, it would have worked perfectly in my opinion, because it does go off quickly. In a single dog household it may work better. However, if another dog is too close to the home, or around when worn, it would still be possible to affect the effectiveness of it.

Good training collar for multiple dogs

I bought these so that I could train both of my dogs using the same remote. I wanted collar that had an automatic bark setting as well as the ability to correct behavior with a remote. Overall, this has been a good purchase, but I do wish I could adjust the settings for the automatic bark feature. It really only works for one of my dogs and doesn't seem to detect my dog that has a higher pitch bark. The remote is simple to use and it's easy to switch the channel between dogs and you can adjust the settings to be different for each channel.
