The remote is awkward it has no way of holding on to it and it's just an awkward remote The colors themselves fall apart the pins fall out you can't find them avoid this product

Its a great product IF your pets arent as difficult as ours :/ Easy to use, everything charged perfectly with no product issues. Not a fan of shock but, due to having 3 siblings who randomly cant get along (mom, daughter and son) we thought it would be worth a try as we are exhausted of the fighting and blood shed the mom and daughter cause between each other. The product came with everything it displayed, product functioned as it should howeverthe hand held clicker sound brought on as if it was a toy. The beep sound caused everyone to pounce on each other as if we were playing with a toy and the only one who really needed the shock was the daughter who is a huge instigator but at settings 73 just to get her attention caused her to get more aggressive. We have English Bulldogs they ARE very bull headed and stubborn. They all now know what the collar is but, its not solving our main problem unfortunately :( We are having to take the last step and now having to buy the face mask that looks like hanable collector. But in hopes with a mouth mesh covering they will not be able to attack each other. Its just awful in how they fight and cant get along as we have tried just about everything except the mask and itll be her this week, with hopes our last option will result in a better out come for everyone.

Original Review---- Oct 11 2023 I ordered this for my 3 frenchies who are all around 1 year old and need to have training at different levels and the bark control was nice until the remote stopped connecting to collars , all were charged and nothing has gotten wet or been dropped. I didn't even get to use the collars until Dec 2023 I was in the hospital for 23 days and surgeries for ruptured appendix & then sepsis. Almost died twice. So the collars stopped working a week or so ago, I can't return them because I was in hospital and the return time I missed. I'm hoping to get some help please. I dont have the funds to buy a whole new set ( and I got them at sale price for the ZeeBooth days sale too) now I have a ton of medical bills. It's a good product just didn't last long at all. Sucks I really need these for my dogs safety & training while I'm trying to heal & get better, the less stress would help. Thank you

One of these callers was leaching electricity into my dog's neck and burned his skin pretty bad. We bought 3 callers.We have three dogs. A second unit busted in two pieces today and it is one day out of the return window. Revised review! The seller sent a second replacenent set and asked that we give them another chance. We did, and not only did it hurt another one of our dogs, it hurt him bad. It melted into his neck and crated holes where the studs are. Added photos for review. Unfortunatly I made the choice to try again so shame on me. Changed to one star.
