The media could not be loaded. My Saint Bernard puppy is a total food scarfer. I have tried at least six different puzzle bowls or slow feeders that didn't do much and the latest issue is that he has a plastic allergy. So I tossed all of his other slow feeders and ordered this one with fingers crossed. It's not the biggest bowl but it can easily fit three cups of kibble and he eats 2.5 cups at a time so that works great for us. I do wish it was a little deeper since it's pretty shallow; I think that would increase the slowing effect. I solved the issue of sliding by putting it inside of another metal bowl in his feeding stand. I was lucky enough that what I had already was the right fit. The silicone on the bottom is not enough to withstand a 130lb puppy trying to move it across the floor. It's held up to multiple washings and the epic proportions of drool that come out of my dog so that's a positive. $16 isn't the worst price since it seems pretty high quality and it's not plastic like almost everything else. The slowing effect is not monumental but it does add another minute or two to his eating speed. I'll take what we can get!

With the lack of rain I wanted a stainless steel no rust bowl to put outside for the wildlife. I picked this one so small animals could get back out with the raised part. I put a few flat rocks around it to hold it on place and keep dirt from splashibg in when it rains.

It wont be my favorite bowl, but I dont mind adding it to the rotation. Overall I would recommend the Feedoo 3c bowl as a better alternative, or the Outward Hound bowls as a budget option. Pricing Opinion: I would like to see this bowl in the $12-15 range. Pro: + This metal bowl will (likely) not be chewed up by your dog. + This mid/lightweight bowl is portable I would pack this bowl for travel or to bring to the dogsitters. + I prefer food-grade stainless steel over plastic in our lives. Con: - The usable space is much smaller than the similarly-priced Feedoo 3c bowl, which means the dog will be able to access and eat the food more quickly in this Pettom 3c bowl. For a slow feeder bowl, I like the food to be spread out and more of a challenge to eat. - This bowl is pretty light at 7 oz and even with the non-skid bottom itll scoot around some, especially with an enthusiastic eater. It could perhaps be placed on a silicon mat for extra grip. Unknown: ? Unknown how this bowl will stand up to repeated washing. My guess is it will be fine. Appears to be solid metal.

Good slow bowl that very easy to clean. This bowl is also perfect size for wooden stand that we have for Big Yeti dog bowl. Very happy about it.

I liked that the bowl was stainless steel and easy to clean. It weas not very deep (helps with slow feed) which meant that my dog was able to scarf down the food quickly. It also was not very heavy, and my dog was able to slide it around on the floor while eating. Not my favorite dog bowl but would be great for travel.
