It's too large and clunky to carry in one's pocket. The latch is unreliable. I'd like a pill carrier that's more streamlined than this. It's okay for a woman's purse, but it sure is no damned good for a man's pocket!!!!! Go back to the drawing board if you have one. Or did you just pull this design out of your ass?

Great to be able to put all medications into the different areas when you're going to be away for the day. I just wish the clasp was a little stronger. Curious how long it will hold up before it breaks.

I like this pill box except that if it gets turned upside down or on its side, the pills all move around and end up mixed together. If you don't know they got tossed around, you open it and the pills come rolling out, etc.

This pill organizer was a little bit larger than I had imagined it to be, only because I didn't pay close enough attention to the measurements. It's about as high as a bar of soap, but not as wide or as long. The dividers between the four compartments go all the way up inside of the lid, so it keeps pills separated well. I use one at night to hold my night-time pills and then ordered a second one to keep in my purse. The one for my purse is great because I can keep about a dozen long capsules in each compartment. The container I used before would only allow me to keep 2 - 4 Excedrine capsules. This way I don't have to scrounge in my purse for my pill container, only to find that I'm out of headache medicine. The container is well-secured with the latch. I don't worry about it coming open in my purse. It's VERY hard-shelled, which is great. When I use the "daily" clear plastic organizers when I travel, I'm always worried that they will get crushed in my luggage and all of the pills will fall out. This is the perfect solution.

Perfect for my purse. I'm the type that's always prepared for just about anything. My husband gets heartburn occasionally. With this case, I can keep the thick, chewy antacids in this w/o them getting smashed. It also holds ibuprofen and any other types of pills you need to carry. It has 4 compartments and all the pills stay within their own compartments.
