Coulda swore I left a review for this already, but I guess not. Initially, I wasn't that impressed....but I'd only used it once or twice, then went back to my go-to essence (Kikamasamune). Yes, I've used the original Pyunkang, when I first got into the 7-layer method, back in 2019. And it's very good. So I bought this last year, and basically shelved it for many months. But then, one day I ran outta my goto. So I had to comb my cabinet for something else, and found this and started using it everyday. I have to say, my skin looks pretty plump and moisturized, and I'm 47. I do use mandelic acid as well, but I feel when I use the PK Black Tea toner, I don't use the MA as much. This is a good essence for 7-layer, and worth the price. The bottle is opaque, and rather skinny, but the essence is viscous and absorbs well. It's a good value, and I'd purchase it again. I also have the PK black tea eye masks, and use it together with the black tea essence, and it's an effective combo.

This is good for moisture and cleaning basic, and not hard on the skin. It's not refreshing like the seaweed toner I've used, but for everything else it's decent.

So moisturizing, feels like aloe vera gel a little bit which I like. No burning in the eyes, no irritation, and smooth application. 4 pumps are good for face and neck area. So far for using everyday for 4 months I still have plenty of product left. Packaging is beautiful, sturdy bottle. It's nice that's its black so it keeps the ingredients fresh in a dark environment. Please dont change the ingredients! And for under 20 bucks when I bought it provides great value for your customers and I hope it stays that way. Overall, I'm satisfied and will purchase again.

Im still fairly new to skincare and Ive never used toner before. I never knew what it did or anything. My friends all use toner and struggled finding a toner they liked. I did some research on this brand and I liked that its created by medical doctors because my skin is generally sensitive. I started using this and after just a few days I noticed my skin becoming much clearer and even toned. I dont use it alone though, I follow up with serums and moisturizers. I dont think Id like it if I only used this product. But this product combined with others is fantastic. I tried other toners with my current skincare lineup and they just dont match this. I really do love this toner and I dont think Ill be switching any time soon.
