This card game was perfect for our family fun night. Previously, we have used a charades word generator on the internet when we play. These cards made it a lot easier for the little kids and the non-tech savvy older adults. Cards were good quality and had a wide range of skill level.

Its travel size makes it easy to slide into a bag and pull out whenever a bit of entertainment is needed. The pictures on the cards make it accessible for younger kids, while the words add a bit of challenge for older kids, making it appealing to a wide range of children. Even kids under 6 can enjoy playing. The intro card (pictured) sets a fun tone for the game, enhancing the overall experience. The box is slightly larger than the cards, which creates a satisfying shake when you move it around, but this could get annoying if the cards shift constantly while traveling. Overall, this is a great game for the road. Its easy and fun to play for all ages, though it is geared toward younger kids. This is a great little game for a very inexpensive price. The box will not take up much room when traveling and will be great family entertainment for rainy days and evenings during vacation. The degree of difficulty varies so suitable for both the younger kids and the older. For the youngest grandchild, an adult can help so even he can participate. I anticipate lots of laughs when we play this family game.

I ordered this game for my 5 and 7yr olds and they absolutely loved it! The cards are double sided with a pictured word on each side in addition to three extra (not pictured) words on both sides. This makes for a ton of promts to work with and will hopefully help to keep this game "fresh" for a while. I liked that the words all range in acting difficulty, but don't push the envelope too far. My kids all had fun playing and felt included in the game without getting frustrated at the difficulty. Huge plus when you're playing a game with different age children. I also liked that the not pictured words on the cards range in difficulty aswell. My 7yr olds (who read at different levels) were equally challenged to practice their reading in a fun way. With all the available prompts, there was something "readable" on each card and when given the option to choose for themselves they took the time to try and read several words before choosing the word they wanted to act. For our game play we had an adult act as the card keeper. The adult sat behind the "stage" and all the guessing players sat about 8ft away in the audience. We used our living room rug as our audience space and a visual boundary for the guessers to sit. Then we used our adjacent entry way area as the acting space. The person acting recieved their card and had a chance to wisper with the card keeper before pointing to their word of choice. This style of play helped to keep the game functioning smoothly and as the card keeper I was able to look ahead and cater the game to the respective player (when needed). We have played with a group of 4 and a group of 6 (not including the adult card keeper), and we have had fun everytime. We even took this game to Grandpa's house for Father's day and everyone thoroughly enjoyed playing (and spectating). I recommend this game for anyone looking to keep younger kids entertained with a board/card game. This option keeps the game play fun for all and the active nature of the game is perfect for more wiggly kiddos. This game is also travel friendly and can be played quickly or drawn out for a longer game play.

We had some good fun and serious laughs playing with a 6 year old. But the cards run out fast, as acting out the many too simple things like "swimming", and "hairbrush" really take 2 seconds for someone to guess. The funnier ones like "beard" were hilarious and took more time and creativity, but they're few and far between. I'm going to see if there's a variation we can play that will bring the interest back, otherwise it kind of a one-and-done thing. Also, there are images on the front and back of each card, which can be confusing as you end up seeing the back of a card then know that's in the deck before anyone's had chance to act it. I'm not sure the claim that no reading is required is entirely true, but you can kind of work with that.
