My family was refusing to take the zinc supplements I had bought at the store - they were choking on them. These are much smaller and have a slick coating. Hooray!

Strong Zinc helps me against colds

I picked this up because I am always in need of zinc. These days I can't take a risk of getting sick so I always try to take Zinc to boost my immune system, especially if I feel a bit under the weather. I have had good luck with this brand and also this product. Will likely pick up more in the future once this bottle is gone. I like this brand because so far I haven't seen any of their stuff having other additives in it the way some brands do.

This review is for POMONA WELLNESS Zinc 50mg: Immune Support (100 Count), which at time of review is $20.27, dosage is 1 pill at that price each dose is 7 cents (though there is a 15% coupon as I write this). I have been taking this zinc supplement for the last 2 weeks. It is easy to take with no bitter aftertaste. What I can say is at 455% of the daily recommended intake some people might feel, for lack of better description, "off". Some people may need to cut this particular pill in half or start with a lower dose pill. This bottle is a good value as it will last 100 days, longer if you have to split the pill when dosing.
