If you purchase this with the intention of using the travel-sized one don't waste your money because it doesn't work at all. There's not enough surface area, it's only one sided so you have to use it left-handed. The large one does work but I notice it doesn't work as well as the fur wizard which is hard to find now. For the price it's okay but waste of material for the travel sized.

The Portable Lint Remover Brushes - 2 Pack Lint and Fur Remover Double-Sided Brush with Self Cleaning Base are very useful. I hadnt realized it came as a 2-pack so the extra travel-sized one feels like a gift. I use similar one-sided lint brushes when I fold our clothes to remove dog hair that doesnt come off in the dryer. This is much nicer though because they come with a base that removes the hair. The larger brush works very well. It did a great job eliminating the fur from a pair of leggings I wore yesterday that were literally covered in fur. I loved being able to put the brush in the base and having a clean brush to work with again - I had been wetting my hands to get off the fur which was time consuming. The base holds the brush tightly, probably out of necessity, so you must use some force to remove it. The other issue is that while you can flip over the brush and use the other side, it means you must change the direction that you brush. I find that a bit annoying, but I believe it is often how these are made, unfortunately. The travel brush is small and cute and only one-sided. The brush does not come out of the base fully so you use it attached to the base (see photo). The fabric doesnt extend to the end, which would have made it nicer, but it works fine.

These lint brushes have the advantage of having hard, protective covers. They are adequate for minor clothing clean-up after the 2 cats in my world. I find the larger one a bit awkward/stubborn to remove from the sleeve and the grain runs opposite of what I expect as a right-handed user so that the motion for removing hair is upward on my clothing/sleeves/pant legs etc., rather than downward. I like the small one best for in the car or a bag--just right although the coverage is minimal.
