Upset my intestine

I cannot take these gummies as they give me a stomach ache. They are not slow-release or coated. Potassium can upset your intestinal tract if not taken properly. I am going back to the tablets that my doctor prescribed. Unfortunately, they cannot be returned.

This is a good brand for a dietary potassium supplement. The flavor is an citrusy orange. Even though it is made sugar free, it does not have a bad aftertaste. This is good for people who need more potassium in their diet and might enjoy gummies rather than tablets or capsules. This supplement also has not upset my stomach so far. It is also main allergen free. Ive also noticed since Ive been taking the gummies daily, Ive been getting better, restful sleep. Im not 100% sure the supplement is the cause, but it is worth reporting in a review if others are experiencing the same.
