When I checked online for what is needed in a prenatal vitamin, a clinic site said "Folic acid, Iron, Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, B vitamins, Zinc, and Iodine" and this prenatals have all of it except Iodine. You also only need 1 tablet per day (easy to take), the tablet is easy to swallow and 1 bottle lasts 3 months for $10, making it very affordable. I am only taking prenatals now because I am breastfeeding so I am not particular about the prenatals I take. When I was pregnant, I was after more nutrients like Omega 3s, choline, etc., but additional nutrients in vitamins do increase the price point. Do your research, narrow your preferences and budget and choose accordingly. This prenatal is a good basic one for the price, quantity and nutrient content. 5 stars.

I think these vitamins are selling at a great price, and are easy to take.

Do you really want to take something as important as prenatal vitamins if those vitamins have not been certified by an independent lab? Do you really want to take something this important without know in what country it was made? Do you really want to take vitamins that contain FD&C red #40 and yellow #6 and "may also contain" blue #2? I realize these are inexpensive, but from my perspective, if any there was something you want to be sure about, it is prenatal vitamins.

These vitamins are great. They have a nice easy to swallow coating on them, which I think also helped minimize that gross taste/smell that most prenatals have. (I don't like that there are artificial dyes in the coating, though.) If you have easily triggered morning sickness, I'd give these a shot. Not just because of the minimal taste and smell, but they are also very gentle on your stomach! I like that they are a USA based company as well, so I have faith that these deliver what they say they do. I was happy to see these have iron in them, but they also contain calcium, and calcium blocks the absorption of iron, so just be aware of this, especially if your iron levels run lower anyway, and make sure to check with your doctor in case they may recommend a separate iron supplement. Overall though, I recommend these!

These seem like a great prenatal vitamin. Of course we all know that prenatal vitamins are important and very helpful but it's even better then the bottle is clearly labeled and the such. I like the labeling here and the security measures for the bottle. The dosage is clearly written (Sometimes it isn't...) which is also good. Because you don't really want to be guessing about how much to take of a supplement/vitamin. These didn't cause any GI upset or other digestive issues too. There was no odd taste or anything else either. All in all, a very fine prenatal vitamin at an exceptional price.
