30 day supply, take two a day. Capsules are easy to take with or without food and they dont give a nasty taste. Cant really say how strong the probiotics are but they are working, at first was feeling little gassy but that went away after few days and can notice a difference after the 30 days with stool.

I've taken the probiotics for a little bit. I can't say if things are going well or not. There are so many factors to consider. The caplets are fine and easy to swallow. No taste.

I am very satisfied with this product!!! I take probiotics to support and balance my overall health....especially to help boost my immune system. I feel like my overall body and especially my gut says in balance while using this probiotic.
