I had high hopes for these probiotics, with the good price point and claims about supporting digestive, immune, and gut health. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. Firstly, after a week of daily use, I noticed no improvement in my digestive issues. In fact, my occasional gas and bloating seemed to get worse, not better. The product did not provide the relief it promised for occasional diarrhea either, which was a major disappointment. Additionally, I experienced some unexpected and unpleasant side effects. Within a few days of starting the supplement, I began to feel unusually fatigued and sluggish. I also started having mild stomach cramps, which persisted for as long as I continued taking the capsules. This was quite concerning, as I was expecting to feel better, not worse. In summary, this probiotic did not live up to its claims for me. The lack of effectiveness, coupled with negative side effects, makes it hard to recommend this product.

A bottle of 30 capsules is equivalent to 30 servings, each one containing 50 billion CFU, and the price for a month's supply is quite competitive. The 18 strains include 11 lactobacillus, 1 lactococcus, and 6 Bifidobacterium. I find I'm less gassy and bloated when I take these supplements regularly, and I haven't noticed anything negative about the Menxi blend, so yes, I would recommend this product. I take pre and probiotics for gut health. I personally can never tell a difference between supplements. I'm one of those people who takes a vitamin or supplement and pretty much never feel any different. I like that the ingredients in these are organic and that there aren't any weird ingredients that I've never heard of. I'm not excited that these are made in China. It really should say that in the listing. These may be fine, but I don't know what, if any, standards they have in China for supplements. I've always refrigerated probiotics, but these say no refrigeration is necessary. While that is convenient, I do wonder why you don't have to refrigerate these.
