Probiotics plus ingredients geared to men

These medium sized white capsules are easy to swallow. They contain prebiotics, probiotics and four ingredients geared to prostate and urinary tract health. Although those ingredients are gearded towards men, there is nothing about them that would be counterindicated for women. I have not spoken to any women who have tried them. I have had good experience with many of the probiotics and one of the prebiotics in this blend. I got this particular supplement, because I had not tried saw palmetto before. It will probably take a while to notice any benefits, but I have not experienced any negative effects. Based on the expiration date on the bottle, these capsules have a shelf life of about three years, a little longer than many other supplements.

I take a probiotic and prostate health/ saw palmetto blend daily and have for years. I like that this is both of those in 1 vegetarian pill. Has worked as well as the 2 separate pills for me and a bit cheaper than buying 2 bottles of the others and I have added these to my essentials list.

Nice Mix of Strains, Long Expiration

These have a nice blend of probiotic strains in them and the standard capsule size makes them easy to swallow. I like that they have a very long expiration date (3 years) since I personally don't have a need to take them daily, and that gives me the advantage of being able to keep them in the cabinet for when I need them. Can't speak on if these do anything special for men though, over a regular probiotic, I'd just do your own research on that, but something I wish I knew is where these were manufactured. A common trend with supplements like these is that they provide the distributor's location but not the location of the manufacturer so if you have any concerns about the quality or safety of the ingredients in these might not be the best choice for you.

This product is in small capsules, which makes it easy to take every day. It contains a blend of supplements which is intended to address several issues with an aging man's health. Dosage is 2 capsules per day, so this is a 50-day supply. I have experienced no side effects after taking this product, and so far it has been effective for me.

Good overall probiotic

These arrived safety-sealed and were easy to open. They are a good general probiotic for men. They are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. Supplements are difficult to review, but I'm satisfied with this one.
