They seem to be working fine for now, and the they go down easy enough, but I haven't noticed a huge difference other than burping more, but maybe that means it's helping with digestion! I think I like my old probiotics more, but maybe that will change by the end of the cycle.

My mom used to get probiotics from one of the herbal places she bought a lot of things from, and I had tried them before with them not really changing much of anything. I am on certain medications that slow my intestinal tract, which over the years have made my life a bit annoying, as I had to schedule out when I took a pill, then needing 10 hours after taking it to be able to go to the bathroom. If I had to take the next pill before I was able to go, that was it - I wasn't going to 'go' until the next time I had 10-12 hours since the last pill I took .. which yeah. I have had to deal with a lot of pink pills that made me feel like I wanted to die (gentle, yeah not really). Senokot and all that never helped either. But, when I saw these come up, I decided to try them, but far more for the urinary tract health than anything else. Well. Within about thee days, I was suddenly not locked into the "If you don't go to the bathroom in this exactly block of time, you're not going till tomorrow" problem I've been dealing with for ... well, pretty much the last decade because of the meds. I am so happy. This entire review is probably TMI but I was honestly not expecting such a BIG difference just from probiotics, which again, I'd tried them before without much success so had figured that gut biome just wasn't the problem. The cranberry and the like for urinary tract health that was the thing I was hoping for is also working well, so I am just very, very happy I tried these out... AND, the price is reasonable enough that my cash strapped self won't be making a ''meds or other necessity' decision on them. <3
