My daughter takes these. She said they are working and she feels better and her energy levels are better when taking them. The labeling shows that it's trustworthy and good quality ingredients. The capsules are not too big, easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Great value in my opinion.

I recently incorporated these particular probiotics into my daily routine, and I'm genuinely impressed by the positive impact it has had on my overall well-being. I liked that these were Probiotics with Prebiotics and I think the price is more than fair. The pills are pink which has no relevance other than pink is my favorite color and you dont see a lot of pink pills so I liked having something different in my pill box every day. The serving size is three a day. I normally avoid supplements where the serving size is more than two a day as I find it hard to remember to take that many pills throughout the day. The pills are easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach. With any supplement, I think you have to give it at least 30 days to see if you notice any change. I just finished the bottle and cant say that I noticed any difference in how I felt. To be fair, I keep trying different probiotic supplements but so far, I cant tell any difference no matter what brand I take so its not something I would repurchase.

I havent been taking these long enough to notice the effects but these are my first impressions. The packaging is very nice and sleek. Theres no taste whatsoever except for the casing of the supplement itself. Will update after longer use. Very easy to swallow.
