These work great and they don't make me smell different down there.

I have been taking these for 2 years and have really seen a big difference in my gut health. My digestion is good, my skin is more clear and Im able to think more clearly. The only downside is having to take two capsules.

I bought these as a probiotic when I was taking an antibiotic. They seem to work pretty well. They are easy to swallow. I did not notice any taste at all. I did take it with a lot of water. I also waited a few hours after taking my antibiotic to take this, so that it would work properly.

Digestive issues run in my family and I was having this strange rumbling feeling in my stomach that was very strange (hard to describe but its like your stomach is shaking inside your body). About 6 months ago, I started on Probiotics to see if that would help the issue. And thankfully, it did. But the Probiotics I bought had a lot of sugar coating on them and being Diabetic, this would not do for a long-term solution. I havent been using these Probiotics very long but they work just as well as the previous ones (over the counter at the grocery store brand). Instructions say to take 2 per day with food (at 60 capsules for $14.22 this is an expensive one-month supply) but because of the cost, I am only taking 1 per day and it seems to be enough. (Note: After a bit of research, normal health care only requires 15 Billion CFU per day unless you have other issues. So, 2 per day is not needed.) Even though the price is high for a one-month supply, it is comparable to other Probiotics on the market. The pills are small and not difficult to swallow. There is no taste, odor or anything negative to report. This includes any stomach irritation or upset. The supplements are 50 Billion CFU and higher than most Probiotics. As for the ingredients, the capsules are made of natural ingredients, has no soy or gluten and is vegan. It is also sugar free which is great for us Diabetics. Overall, I would recommend this product since the price is comparable to others on the market and the product seems to work the same as any other brand.
