I've been taking these probiotics for a couple weeks and I have to say I do feel like I have had less digestive unpredictability than before I started taking them. I have a very sensitive stomach and while I can't say these were a magic bullet, I do think I feel better when I take them vs when I don't. They definitely did not cause any GI distress or discomfort. They are easy to swallow and pleasant to look at with their pink color and have no flavor.

The first day I took them they made my stomach hurt and I had to run to the bathroom. So I tried half the dose and I did ok. It's a really good product according to the label. I don't see much difference from before I started taking them. Only time will tell I guess. The capsules are average size so they're easy to take.

These probiotics are nice. I like the mix they have and the high CFU. The addition of cranberry is nice since my particular struggles seem to benefit from it. 60 servings per container is great! And the capsules aren't too big or hard to swallow.

I can't tell a big difference. I'm not allergic to it like I am some multi vitamins for women.
