My boyfriend went to the doctor recently and was told he had some swelling in his prostate. I sold natural supplements for over 16 years, so I suggested he try something natural. He had some very harsh critiques. First he said they smell and taste awful. Most natural supplements do. Second, he too k this product for almost the months, exactly as it says, and no change. He went back into the doctor with the same symptoms. He said the only change was that it took him slightly less time to urinate, but other than that there was no change.

I started taking saw palmetto a few years ago, not to help with any problem but as a just in case preventative. This supplement seems to have a little bit of everything for men's health in it. I don't know if it did much of anything, but I don't think it hurt me either. It doesn't have any real taste to it and the pill isn't small but still fairly easy to swallow. It is more expensive that just a bottle of saw palmetto, but it does come with a lot of other things. The serving size says 2 pills but I've only been taking one, as I said, I am taking it more as a just in case.

I've been taking these and don't see any improvements. I'm not dealing with any severe symptoms, just looking to boost testosterone and virility.
