recently purchased the PULACO Aquarium Internal Filter for my turtle tank, and overall, Im quite satisfied with it. Pros: Easy to Set Up: Setting up the filter was a breeze. It doesnt have a lot of complicated parts, which made the installation quick and straightforward. Simple Design: The filter has a simple, no-frills design that works well for various tank setups. Its also easy to clean, which is a big plus. Effective Cleaning: The filter works fast and did a great job cleaning up my turtle tank. The water was noticeably clearer in a short amount of time. Cons: Bubbles: One downside is that it creates a lot of bubbles where the water falls back into the tank. This might not be ideal if youre looking for a quiet, calm environment in your tank. Non-adjustable Water Flow: Another limitation is that you cant adjust the water flow. This might be a concern for those who need specific water flow conditions for certain tank inhabitants. Bought this for a mote

Made a mote to keep ants out of the stray cat food. This keeps mosquitoes from laying eggs in the water.

Gets clogged fast

This is a nice filter for the price and it does work, but my experience so far isn't great. Anytime I clean my 10- gallon tank the filter keeps the water clean until it's time to feed my turtle. Debris I miss or any turtle droppings get caught in the filter and it needs to be cleaned too often. Noise level is amazing. I wish this filter worked for me but it's inconvenient and I'm looking for a different one. Having to disturb my turtle often to clean what the filter doesn't stresses him out.
