smelly dog be gone

i used this on my shitzu he stinks very easily, this soap did get rid of all the odors and it didn't dry out his skin his coat looked clean when it finally dried the smell you will either love it or hate, it is kinda strong

Really strong scent for a good 3-4 hours after the bath

Wish it didn't smell so strongly because it does clean our pupper really nicely. The oils do a good job but give off a lot of strong scent as they evaporate. If you and your pupper love scenting your home with essential oils said pupper becomes a distributor of said smells :) Otherwise, if you're in a scent-sensitive home like I am this will just be too much scent. Again, she got nice and clean and her fur felt nice and smooth. Liked that about it for sure! Definitely not for people or dogs with sensitive skin. My hands felt like they were burning until I washed with my normal hand soap and I'm happy my dog doesn't have sensitive skin because I'd hate to know they're feeling that way too for the several hours it took for those oils to evaporate. It felt like having acid on my hands D: I do have sensitive skin and can't use a lot of fragranced things for this reason. So again, if you like essential oils aromas and have normal skin tolerance I'm sure you'd love this. If your pupper is just like you I'm sure they'll love it too. Otherwise if you or your pupper have any sensitivities I'd recommend against this stuff.

Pup Soap

This worked well on my dogs. I do have one dog that has a lot of dandruff and I did notice the next day she had even more. She wasn't scratching or anything so I'm not sure if I just loosened up the already dry hair by giving her a bath or what. Both of the dogs' coats were shiny afterward. The smell of the soap was almost lemony. Not sure if I liked that but it went away shortly afterward. Overall I will keep and use in the future.

Concentrated soap make the dog smell great!

The first time I used this on my dog, I noticed it is very similar to the soap I use for myself when camping (I camp a lot!). I've used Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile for years for bathing myself, dishes, clothes, etc. I just read it also is good for dog shampoo, so I guess I already had some. Actually, I don't see anywhere that this shampoo is a castile based soap, but it feels and even smells similar. But I like this "Pup Soap" for the smell alone. It smells great and work great for cleaning my Australian Cattle Dog. When left to her own devices, she usually finds some form of manure or dead thing to roll in/on. She's a roller for sure, so a bath is sometimes required before she can be an indoor dog again. I like that this soap is highly concentrated, so it doesn't take a ton of product to lather up the dog.
