The media could not be loaded. I was genuinely surprised to discover that dogs love dried fish. Yes, you heard it right! Not cats, but dogs! But let's start from the beginning. The fish itself comes in a semi-transparent bag, allowing you to see its size. It's a very small fish and extremely well-dried, so after opening the bag, it must be closed carefully. Fortunately, the bag is equipped with a Ziploc seal. As you can see in the first part of my video, our eight-month-old puppy was overjoyed when he saw that we had new treats for him. He seemed to love the smell of the fish as he kept nudging our hands and wouldn't let us open the bag in peace. When we finally opened the bag and gave him the first fish, his reaction was mixed and contradictory. He eagerly grabbed the first fish but, after holding it in his mouth for a few seconds, spat it out. This happened several times, and we began to think that the fish was indeed meant for cats, not dogs. However, on the fourth or fifth attempt to give him the fish, he finally tasted it, and that's when the fun began. The fish are very small, and each piece offers new taste sensations for the dog, but due to their size, one fish is clearly not enough. This is where the drama starts: "Give me more; I haven't eaten in 100 years." We quickly found a use for this treat. We've been trying to teach our puppy to fetch the ball back for a long time without success. He does the first part of the task wonderfully, but when it comes to the second part, he starts his own game called "Try to take it away." He holds the ball in his mouth and won't let it go. This is where the small fish comes in handy. For bringing the ball back, our puppy gets a small fish as a reward, which forces him to drop the ball to eat his treat. I think the large quantity of fish in the bag will last us a long time, and we will eventually achieve the desired result from our training. As for the seller of the fishdeservedly five stars in the review.

Even though these are marketed as dog treats, I actually got them for my cats since they're single ingredient and cats can eat them too. My cats are little princesses and will only eat them if I break up the minnow into smaller pieces for them, but they definitely love these as treats and go crazy for them. I think the smell of fish really attracts them. A single fish per cat is a good sized treat for the day, so despite the high price, 1 bag will last me a while. Overall, a great treat for cats, not just dogs.

My dog absolutely loves these treats. We use them as meal toppers and treats, and love that they are 1 simple ingredient. For reference, my dog is a 70lb Coonhound/Great Pyrenees mix with some picky taste buds.

All of my animals love these! Dogs, cats, raccoons, and the birds. Already went ahead and bought another bag! Dogs drool over them and the cats beg for them. Great little treats for them all.

Freeze dried minnows, are, frankly disgusting. So, of course my dogs (and cats) loved them! I've been using them with one dog for weave pole training and outdoor work. They've put a real pep in her step. I give my cats some, too, because you can't just give the dogs treats and not the cats. If needed they're pretty easy to break apart.
