Great Product

I was nervous buying this after it was suggested by my sons Psychiatrist. He was taking 5 mg chewable melatonin and we wanted to try to use as little melatonin as possible. Its amazing, this product really works and is pure as compared to other brands. It also works with your body to release natural melatonin. If we take one capsule around 6:30, we are ready for bed between 8:30/9.

I take it every night and I do notice a difference in the number of hours slept since I began taking this product.

Dosage custom

These work great for customizing your dosage, since they're in a small amount. I tried biting the bigger ones in half in the past, but it's not that accurate and it may change the release effect. i've been trying to find the right amount not too much not too little. At this point 1.5 seems to be a good sweet spot although I will experiment more overtime.

Best one yet -- perfect dosage

I was surprised to learn that low doses of melatonin work better than higher doses -- but low dose melatonin is hard to find. Thankfully, this one is available and it's a high quality product. I've tried more melatonin supplements than I could possibly list here, and not one worked as well as this one. Surprisingly, for me, the low dosage works much better for sleep -- and it doesn't cause side effects or make me feel weird in the mornings. I really feel better in the morning after taking it -- and I'll be ordering more of this one when I run out.
