I am 28 and began taking these after having full hormone, vitamin, mineral, and allergy panels done at my doctor's. Mostly Very Good

Im a 51 yr old male still in recovery from Lyme disease 4 years after diagnosis and treatment. Ive tried a wide variety of supplements and most recently this one. I have to say it has given me part of my life back in terms of both mental sharpness and physical endurance. The only side effect for me has been joint pain. I have backed off from 1 pill (10mg) daily and now take 1 every 2-3 days which has limited the joint pain while giving me some of my brain and body back. Thank you to the manufacturer. Thumbs up.
