I received this item for free from Vine. I ordered this for my partner and hes been using this since his regular biotin ran out. It works just as well and he likes it. He has thin hair that grows slow and this helps speed up his hair growth.

Nails grew more

I used this biotin supplement for a few weeks. These are a medium size tablet that is easy to swallow. I've never seen any with this many tablets in it at a whooping 360. I did notice my nails were growing better, but there were no changes to my skin and my hair seemed to get greasy quickly. Again I only took these maybe 3 weeks and then I quit taking them to a of my hair would quit getting greasy and if it was in fact this supplement. It was the supplement, I've never had that happen before with biotin. It could all be a fluke but I did quit taking them for that reason. These are a great price at 360 tabs at 1 a day.

Biotin for skin and hair care

I've been using biotin in order to improve the healing process of a dry skin condition that is affecting me. I ordered the Puregen Labs Biotin 10,000 mcg because it features 360 vegetarian tablets, which due to its one tablet a day serving size, makes it a very generous one year supply of biotin. The tablets are relatively small and are very easy to swallow. I haven't experienced any digestive issues while taking these biotin tables. I have a very sensitive stomach, and I really appreciate the absence of any digestive tract problems. Biotin appears to be helping my dry skin heal, and I've also noticed an improvement in hair quality as well. I am quite happy with these biotin tablets. I'm also pleased with the fact that they are vegetarian tablets and that they are gluten free and are non-GMO.
