***Update*** After taking this supplement for 40 days I have noticed that my brown spots are lighter & my hyperpigmentation is less noticeable. I can definitely say it improved some of my facial issues. I have brown spots & hyperpigmentation on my face. I am taking this supplement to help me address these issues. I have been taking 1 pill per day and have experienced no adverse effects. The bottle is for a 60 day supply and the capsules are mid sized & easy to swallow. I will try to report back after I take all 60 pills to give you an update. These are said to help you get younger looking skin by reducing brown spots, decreasing fine lines & wrinkles and smooth the skin while helping you obtain a brighter complexion. I dont really feel or see any change. I have discoloration and fine lines that dont seem to have changed. Thats not saying it doesnt work I just dont see any change yet. My skin isnt dry enough to really notice a Dewey difference. The pills are easy enough to swallow but I noticed some were only half filled?? They may work after continued use but Im not going to do so.

Way, way Too many empty capsules and lots of loose powder, settling in the bottom of the bottle. And its too expensive to have half the capsules be empty. And this is the niacin and oligonal combination and not nearly as effective, as their oligonal only product used to be. I really liked the original QOL oligonal 100mg product and I noticed the difference in my skin, but with this oligonal niacin, no. Brown spots are back growing again and visceral fat is not coming off anymore. I wont be buying THIS anymore. I had purchased five bottles of the earlier iteration of 100 mg lychee egcg and had been watching the brown spots fade. Its very disappointing to see them come back again and not be able to buy the original, effective version. Edit- it looks like the original version has returned and this is what Ill be going back to using again.

This is my first experience with this particular type of supplement. Ive been taking this supplement 1X/day for over a month now and Ive noticed that my dry winter skin has improved and become less dry, with a smoother texture and overall brighter tone. I read that niacinamide helps reduce the appearance of pores, but that topical application is more effective at achieving this. Nevertheless, I decided to try this product since I had the opportunity. I've been taking this product for a few weeks now, and haven't noticed any significant difference. My skin does glow a bit more, and i've never struggled with fine lines. But that may be because i use Retinol in my skincare routine. If you have the room in your budget, you might wanna try this. If not, i'd recommend investing in a retinol or hydroquinone prescription instead.
