This is a quercetin with bromelain & elderberry capsule. Recommended as an immunity booster it also contains zinc, vitamin C and vitamin D3. Serving size is 2 capsules daily. 500mg of quercetin per serving. Soy free, gluten free and non GMO.

Quercetin with Bromelain is a main staple in my daily regiment. This brand is packed with extras. They are easy to take, very digestible and helpful for my needs.

Works well

I've got a pretty good immune system, went 10+ years without getting sick but when covid hit I decided to take some supplements to help. Started taking zinc, then learned it's best to take quercetin with it, that it helps the body absorb the zinc so started that. I kinda slacked in recent months and came down with both strep and bronchitis so decided it was time again. This one costs a bit more then I've paid elsewhere but I went with it because it has zinc, D3 and some other immunity boosters in it. If you look at it that way it's cheaper. The pills are easy to swallow and don't have much smell and no taste so all is good. I will most likely stick with this brand.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review that you can determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not. This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed a bottle will last one month. I'd prefer they either put in two months' worth or use a smaller bottle. The expiration date on mine is Apr 26, 2026, so a little less than two years from now. The capsules have an herbal scent and taste to them, and are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO. The product page also says cGMP-certified. Their website says each ingredients undergoes rigorous testing and quality control, but does not say if testing is 3rd-party. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. The nutripotentia site is functional but there is no phone or other direct contact information, just fields on a Contact page. The address on the bottle is for The UPS Store. The trademark owner is Health Aide Biotech, LLC. The healthaidebiotech site is functional but much of the template is not filled out, it is written in first person, and seems to focus mainly on one mushroom product. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I also don't use a supplement where both the company and product are not verifiable, including their claims. The healthaidebiotech has a phone number, but I think it's a private one. Normally without more transparency I would avoid this and seek the ingredients from another source (except for the magnesium stearate). Chances are I still will, but for now I feel like moving forward with this. I cannot recommend them, however, since I am unable to verify any of the claims made.
