R2 sport pain relief roll on. This was larger than I was expecting and probably twice the size of most comparable products Ive seen. Make sure to shake before use or it might not come out on the roller ball. Once it gets going, it does seem to come out fast, though, so be careful. Ive used Hylands Arnica tabs before for I was optimistic about this product. However, it only provides very mild pain relief in my experience. It didnt touch my husbands back pain/pulled muscle nor did it budge my moderate lower back soreness. Youd think a topical application would be even better than tablet form but apparently not. TBH, I dont think it absorbed quickly because my skin felt sticky for awhile after it was applied. To make matters worse, the menthol scent is quite pungent so its not the best for use in public unless you dont mind smelling like you showered with bengay. While I like the size and design of this roll on, I would only recommend it for mild pain relief.

This little stick of relief is awesome. It soaks in fast, works fast and it's so much more convenient than running around with rattling OTC pain pills loose in a giant bottle. Love the ingredients too. I'd only ever tried arnica gel before and that came in a tube. This is easier to get on and seems to last longer Perfect for sore muscles!

My husband uses this after workouts, it is very soothing for sore muscles and the roll-on is very convenient. He keeps it near his total gym. It helps reach everywhere and he can do it himself before he comes upstairs, and not have to get it on his hands. Its obviously more controlled than using a spray which also can keep your hands clean but doesnt always limit itself to spraying only where you want it. I already use arnica essential oil as a home remedy for pain and bruising, now my husband is a believer in it too.

This is super easy to carry with you. I havent had any issues with it leaking or not working after being carried everywhere. This works immediately and is similar in function than other brands on the store shelves. Im happy with this product and will be ordering more once I run out.
