I can only speak for radiolink receivers but this box was about 1/8" too short for the radiolink R8FG receiver with connections attached. If I was only using the steering and throttle I could have bent the wires enough to make it fit, however I like realistic lighting and winch controls, which were just a bit too much for this box. I will say however, this box was exactly what they say in the advertisement and when I used it for my drift car, with only head lights and taillights, it work perfect. Don't try to stuff too many connections into this and it will be perfect, I promise

This is a great way to waterproof your receiver on your rc car. I like the added protection that it offers and it was easy to install.

So, this box will take some modding, but it will work. I have a micro Spektrum surface receiver that I use with my boat and figured this box would help. It does help, but you will have to cut some slots (use a dremel) and seal them (after placing the wires) with rubber cement or hot glue to completely seal the box. There is no waterproof gasket, nor a seal, and the only thing keeping this box together is some screws so do not over tighten. I highly suggest using rubber cement all the way around to prevent any issues before placing the lid and then hand tighten the screws.
