Great soap, smells soooo good. Just wish it came with a ramekin or something to put it in. The sponge is great

I opted to try another brand just because of the delay in availability. I immediately returned to rE: brand. I hand wash all our dishes (3 meals + cooking for all meals) so I look for quality plus value. I get it with this brand. 3 bars of the other lasted me from Dec 5 until Feb 13 (just over 2mosnths). My bar of rE: citrus however had lasted me from June 17 - Dec 4 (just over 5months)! Best is that it cuts grease well. Don't get me wrong this is not Dawn or any other high-powered grease remover soap. Anything super bad or with stuck on food I will soak with the soap first, simply run it under running water or lather in hand and swish into the water. There won't be major bubbles, it will be cloudy, but it works. My typical is to run my palm brush around the top and then scrub my dishes without the brush being in or under the water. I use a round bamboo bar holder so I allow the water that runs down to stay and then I will pour this into any pots or my slow cook to soak as well. Smell is light and natural not loaded with 'essential' oils or perfume. Absolutely a fantastic purchase if you are looking for natural and healthier cleaning options! No plastic at Ll for those that are focused on green.

My bar came today and I washed a mess of dishes this afternoon with it. At first, I thought the box smelled super strong. Oddly, though, it actually wasn't as strong once I opened it. The scent was pleasant - very much like rosemary eo but not headache-inducing (as I first feared). I expected it to not get all sudsy and instead be more like old-fashioned dishwater (like a bluish-gray "cloudy" looking water). It was as expected in that regard and that's fine with me. Suds look and feel nice but aren't really what does the cleaning. I lathered the bar a little in the water and put some on my washrag. Didn't take much. I suspect that it softened up my hard water, being more a soap than the detergents commonly used these days. It felt like things were coming cleaner easier and I was better able to scrub out the hard water spots some dishes seem to hold on to. It's only Day 1 but, so far, I'm loving my dish bar! We'll see how long it lasts compared to the liquid I was buying and guesstimate affordability in the long term. Love this is plastic-free, so I'll likely keep buying it anyway (eco-friendly aspect being counted as its own part of the savings, as I see it). If you're on the fence, it is worth giving a try.

Ive used it for over two months now and its still going strong! Some people said its hollow in the middle but I think they must have left water on top of it or in a place where it could get wet/stay wet. I put it in a cute little bowl next to my sink so that its easy to grab but it can dry out when not in use. I now subscribe and save to it so I dont have to worry about ever running out! Even my husband likes it! (And we have quite a few hand wash only items including all of our pots and pans) I recommend getting your sponge or scrubby wet in hot water when you start so it will lather because it will not lather immediately after its dry, just like a bar of soap in the shower. But waiting three seconds for hot water is a simple change of habit for something that is good for the environment, clean to use, doesnt leave residue, and cleans grease incredibly well! Oh! And I love the gentle scent and the fact that it is cute on the side of my sink rather than a big bottle!

I am very happy with this purchase. It is easy to use, it foams surprisingly well and it cleans my dishes very well. It is even aesthetically pleasing (especially when compared to the standard dish soaps). The best feature of all is that its plastic free. Nothing in the packaging contains plastic (except, of course, for the ZeeBooths external wrap but there are ways to minimize that; such as choosing ZeeBooth prime day for delivery). My only downside is perhaps the price. It is much higher than standard alternatives. Ive only been using this for a few days so I dont know how long it will last, but as a one time purchase it is quite expensive. I do prefer this over a standard plastic option, but it is definitely weighting on my bill and I dont know how sustainable that will be. My hope is that the demand will increase so that prices on these great alternatives will go down
