I have tried a few adaptogenic products and this, so far, is my favorite. The relaxing effect is mild yet noticeable. The gradient berry has the lightest berry flavor without any strong after taste. I enjoyed this with some mood lighting a few candles and a movie while lounging in some freshly washed sheets. Enjoy!

I purchased the sample pack, and I wanted to try quite a few before writing a thoughtful review. I noticed the reviews were very mixed, this product is expensive for what it is, and it is non returnable. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. (Do yourself a favor and make a slushy with ice, coconut milk, an orange creamsicle, the lemon citrus powder, and a touch of sweetener. Very yummy and easy!) Flavor/mouthfeel: this is not a drink powder that feels sparkly or tingly in your mouth- its flat like water. Be careful not to swallow down the wrong tube though, for it is very scratchy and uncomfortable. It is sweetened with monk-fruit extract, but it is definitely not a sweet beverage at all. If you have a high sugar tolerance like me, you might be a bit dissatisfied. My personal preference is the mixed berry flavor. I usually dislike citrus flavored things, but I do enjoy this powder. Effect: The calming effect is noticeable- when it does kick in. Sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes I feel so relaxed I get the giggles. It seems like drinking multiple drinks in a row does not increase the effect, so don't waste a packet! I get best results when I drink it fast, as in 5-7 minutes. This is not like alcohol where you can (and should) just sip. Price: I was really disappointed that for what I paid, I did not receive the pretty box packaging. The powders came in a plastic bag that could not be resealed. I think that is tacky and dishonest. I should not have to go out and buy a container when there is a disposable one pictured. Overall, I would certainly recommend this as a relaxation beverage. I cannot imagine drinking this at a party as an alcohol replacement as the effect is much too mild. Have one at bedtime or on your patio this summer!

I really like how the addition of this product in the evening helps me relax and sleep. I feel like I struggle to get it to fully dissolve so I do try to drink it quickly. The unflavored can be a little off putting if you mix it with just water so I usually mix with tart cherry juice for the ultimate effect. For me, the benefits far outweigh any issues I have with the texture so I will continue to order it and use it! I think if you have a handheld frother that it would be perfect to use for this.

I am glad to have purchased this Mood Drink Mix. It works at getting me relaxed and having a sound sleep. I feel completely rested in the morning and full of energy! Will continue to use and reorder when needed.

I havent noticed a huge difference in my mood or sleep. What was almost immediately noticeable within an hour of drinking was the stomach cramps and trip to the bathroom. Glad I took it at night! I cant imagine trying to take this in the morning and then go anywhere lol. The 2nd dose I tried again and again I waited until the evening and I only used HALF of a scoop. I didnt have any stomach cramps or bathroom trips that evening. If youre not a regular person (Im meaning you dont go every day) then this is a great alternative for you if you find fiber powder or probiotics dont help enough. I would just make sure to start with 1/4-1/2 of a scoop and test it out over the weekend to see how you feel. I didnt see a lot of reviews mention this side effect and I can tell you that this is one side effect I absolutely wanted to know about! It mixes well in hot liquid (havent tried cold) but does make your liquid a bit cloudy. No grit or taste was detected and I ordered the unflavored kind. Dont be surprised when you open the jar. Its only about 1/2 full which seems to be the norm these days. I think the product is too expensive for what it is. You can buy magnesium powder cheaper from other brands.
