Every battery worked and was well packed. My only disappointment was when I went to reorder, it is now unavailable.

Worked perfect for my outside solar lights

Replaced some old rechargeable batteries in my outdoor path lights with these and they work just like new.

An 8 pack of rechargeable AA batteries for 15 bucks and they're 900mah? That's not a terrible price IMO. I immediately replaced all the old batteries from my well used solar lights and they all came back to life. Bright and shine through most of the night. They are getting 10+ hours of sun right now so they do get recharged and have plenty of charge for the night. What's not to like? Well, as these batteries go they may last a couple seasons tops, but if you value what you have and want to keep using them and don't want to buy new stuff, this is a relatively easy decision to make. These are the button tops with flat bottoms, so be aware of that. Make sure the style needed! Definite recommend on my part.

Yep, gotta have those rechargeable batteries because inflation is hitting battery prices as well as grocery and energy prices. Saving a few dollars on batteries, every few months, won't make you rich but it does make you a bit more independent because, once you have them and they've paid for themselves, it's like having almost free batteries. Sure, you have to charge them but, in this case, that amounts to less than 2% of a 15 or 20-cent kilowatt-hour. In other words, miniscule cost. Weight can be an indicator of a rechargeable battery's capacity, quality, etc. These weigh 0.64 ounces each. A 2300 mAh NiMH battery from the E (Bunny Battery) Company weighed 0.98 ounces, That 53% more. If battery capacity was directly related to weight, these batteries from Jiajax might be expected to have a capacity of around 1500 mAh. But, of course, weight is only an indicator. And, not an absolute one, at that, because a certain amount of "overhead" weight is common to all batteries. With a rating of 900 mAh, these AA cells are at the lower end of the typical AA NiMH battery range which reaches as high as 2800 mAh. Maybe higher by now. Still, at 900 mAh they can still have value, and utility, for many lower-energy-demand applications. These arrived partially charged at 1.29 volts each. Four of them were charged. Doing so required between 185 and 190 mAh each. Seeing that kind of consistency is very encouraging -- Not to mention rare, based on my experience with rechargeable batteries. After charging, one of the four was selected for evaluation by a smart charger in order to measure its capacity. The result was that the measured capacity was very low which was a disappointing and surprising result. So, that battery was retested along with the other three. The results were: The first one tested at 953 mAh, the second at 956 mAh, the third one at 963 mAh and the fourth was 955 mAh. The initial result, with the lower-than-expected number, was obviously flawed. Again, these results are very consistent. Within 1% of each other. Plus, they are between 6 and 7 percent more than the advertised capacity. Well done. Very well done.
