This strain is also suited for mead and non-grape wines including apple, peach and raspberry. Cote des Blanc develops a floral and fruity quality that enhances the natural flavor of the fruit. It is slow fermenting, low foaming and tolerates low temperatures. Certified Kosher. 5 grams per pack. Temperature Range: 17C - 30C (64F - 86F).
