Got a period about 1 1/2 weeks after starting to take these. I only take 2 a day just because Im also taking a prenatal, Vitex, and folic acid so its a ton of vitamins on top of my normal daily medication. I take 2 at night. My husband are trying to get pregnant thats why Im taking recommend vitamins. I will update if I get pregnant or when I have a cycle again.

So I Been Using Them About 6weeks, I Havent Had A Period Yet, I Been Spotting For 3weeks Straight On & Off. Im Giving 3 Stars Because I Waited Til I Been Taking Them for A While And I Havent Seen Any Results. However It Definitely Makes Your Urine Really Yellow So I Stopped Taking Them.

Here's the bad review you may or may not have been looking for. I started taking this in May after i skipped a period. Irregular periods have always been common for me, meaning they go anywhere from 18 days, to 25 days, to 30 days. So when I skipped a period I got a little nervous and did some research. Found out inositol is a natural way to regulate your period. So I started taking FLO brand at first and that just made me feel awful. Was sick to my stomach all the time and extremely exhausted. So I quit that I decided to start this June first. Got my period. Then a week later got another period..... and a week later another period. This last period didn't end. I was bleeding for 12 days. Started to wean myself off of this and finally stopped bleeding. But five days later and I just started bleeding again. Needless to say this destroyed my body and I am just praying that when I quit this I go back to normal. Now you may be wondering why I haven't consulted a doctor. And it's because I am just barely managing to keep my head above water while working all the time and I cannot afford a doctors visit right now (pleasures of living in this economy.) If this continues I will have no choice and then I don't know what I will do. So, if you can afford it, PLEASE talk to your doctor before you do anything.

I have really bad irregular periods. Just last year, I finally was able to tell someone and they prescribed me Provera. they worked amazing, but after a while I wouldn't get my periods back so I went to the clinic again, and I told another nurse and she wanted full test, this and that and in the end I knew what I had and I knew what I had to do. But with no insurance, I just couldn't go back to the gynecologist since the next treatment was just $5k I mean who has that kind of money? I got it last month but June is almost over and I haven't gotten anything yet.

I hadnt had my period for over a year. I had bought it and was only taking two pills because its what the packing said too and nothing happened at first. I gave it another shot and the second bottle said to take 4 pills so I did. And wow I never thought this would help like this its the quality I was looking for I finally got my first period in a very long time! Doesnt really have a taste or smell to it either. I havent seen any change in my hair or sleep quality. I had no discomfort or painful period when it did arrive. Overall great quality!
