Siempre e tomado muchas vitaminas E , omegas , vitaminas C , variadas vitaminas para la piel y en comparacin con esta para mi esta es la mejor , ya que llevo 15 das tomndola y el cambio se me nota , mucha mejora en mi piel y eso que no al tomo como debe de ser 2 pldoras al da solo tomo 1 , me siento ms aditiva duermo menos antes no me quera levantar de mi cama , ahora asta mi sueo lo siento mejor , seguir tomndola por largo tiempo, la recomiendo

First I have to say that I have hypothyroidism , I was so weak from it and from not eating right because I was too tired to cook. I ask my Dr. if I could take vitamins to help me get some strength and he said no! well I didn't listen to him because after all its my body and I know that if you don't eat right for 2 years and you have stress in your life it will leave you flat on your back . I do not know if its a coincidence or not but I do feel the difference. my mind is not as foggy , I sleep a little bit at night comparing to not sleeping at all and spending my nights in my recliner and then sleep all morning . And yet I 'm not taking the full dose I am taking only one a day ,only a few days ago I started to take two . I know it has to be the Renew that's helping me . I don't want to sound like I am doing a commercial for this product I have nothing to gain . I just know that I do feel different since I 'm taking it , I would be lying if I said it didn't help. I will keep taking it until they are all gone and I will tell my Dr. about it . I just had to tell my story because when you are hypothyroid there is not much help out there , your on your own and medication for it.

Not sure if this product is doing anything yet. I have done cleanses with renew products before and seemed to do great. Thought it was the same company but maybe not. Will finish the bottle and decide.

For background I have been sick (constant stomach issues, pneumonia, mono, etc) pretty much constantly the last few years, even though I'm fairly young. I ended up having food allergy testing and being allergic to 35 foods (wheat, milk, nuts, fish, many fruits & veggies) and I have been on a very restricted diet for the last 4 months. I was trying to take a multi-vitamin at first but the iron in it always hurt my stomach so I quit. I was exhausted all the time and even had a sleep study trying to determine why because all of my blood work is perfect. I started taking this vitamin thinking that I would benefit because of my restricted diet and I liked that it didn't contain iron. I was really surprised about 2 days after I started taking it that I was less tired and didn't need a nap. I didn't want to write the review right away because I honestly thought it was a coincidence. I've been taking this vitamin for 5 days and I definitely have seen an increase in my energy levels. I have been staying up later, napping less, and today I actually got up before my alarm went off. This is huge for me, I usually snooze my alarm at least twice. I'm pretty excited about this vitamin because I feel like with my increased energy level I may finally be able to lose some weight.
