I really like these replacement heads, they fit my standard Aquasonic black series, and they also fit my Aquasonic clinical AQ series, the bristle layout and head design is nearly identical as the OEM brush heads that came with my toothbrush, the bristle design uses the W shaped bristle pattern, as for cleaning they transmit the toothbrush power very nicely, and my teeth and gums felt spotless, however I did feel the bristles are a bit more on the firmer side (medium-firm) perhaps because they are new and will break in after some more use, but no problems while using them, they clip in perfectly and feel secure, and can also be easily removed from the toothbrush when needed as-well. Each brush head is individually sealed (no dust caps are included), the bristles have fade indicators for when to replace the brush head, includes 10 identical brush heads. Overall I highly recommend, I like that they are similar to the original design layout, easy to use, bristles and brush heads feel sturdy and are nice quality.
