These replacement heads come individually wrapped and are better quality than I expected. They function as expected and are a decent option for the price. The packaging is basic, but since each head is individually wrapped, they can be easily stored in a drawer or container. The heads fit Oral B toothbrushes perfectly and they include a plastic cap inside the wrapping, which helps keep the bristles clean and undistorted, also making them convenient for travel. Overall, these replacement heads have exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. They are likely to become my go-to option for Oral B toothbrush replacements. Knock-off toothbrush replacement heads are always a crapshoot some of them are close to OEM quality, but many are utter disasters. However, given the *outrageous* price of the OEM Oral-B brush heads (currently $7-$12 *per brush head*), Im always looking for good-quality, lower-priced alternatives. My initial impression is that these Gerager brush heads are better-than-average replacement heads for my Oral B iO 7 toothbrush. At time of purchase, these brushes were $19.99 (after $2-off coupon) for 12 ($1.67 each). Thats a *whole lot* less expensive than the OEM brush heads, which Oral B recommends replacing every 3 months! These replacement heads fit my Oral B iO 7 handle perfectly. They slide easily into place on the handle and the brushes rotate just fine. The bristle pattern is a little different from the OEM Oral-B brush head (see photo), but I dont think that will make much (if any) difference in effectiveness. The quality of the bristles seems good: compared to the Oral-B brushes, these bristles feel a little stiffer (which I dont think is a bad thing) and they seem firmly attached. If you follow Oral Bs recommendation, they only need to last 3 months anyway. Additional good features are that these brushes are wrapped individually and each brush head comes with a protective plastic cap (which are not included with the OEM brush heads). One major annoying difference (and hence, the reason this is not a 5-star product IMHO) is that these brush heads are a lot buzzier than the Oral-B brush heads during operation. I noticed the exact same issue on a different brand of knock-off brush heads I previously tested (and which have vanished from ZeeBooth); I ultimately determined the buzzing was caused by the round plate (where the bristles are attached) not being as well-attached to the rest of the brush head as the OEM Oral-B brush heads; those brush heads didnt last a week before the round plate stopped spinning altogether, making the brush head useless. Hopefully, despite the similar buzzing sound, these Gerager brush heads will hold up better. If they dont, I will update this review accordingly. I also tested whether the Bluetooth app would work with this brush head. It worked just fine. After using these brush heads a few times, I am cautiously optimistic. If they hold up well, I think I can deal with the loud buzzing sound. 4 stars.

Nobody likes paying the exorbitant price of replacing their Oral-B toothbrush with name-brand refills. It's ludicrous what the company charges and for that reason, these third-party options are always a great way to save money. From experience, most third-party options don't last as long as the name brand. With Oral-B, I know I will get a solid 3 months of usage before changing. That's not always the case with cheaper brands. It's crazy that for under $9 (at the time of this review), you not only get 10 replacement heads but they each come with a plastic protective cover and then are individually wrapped. The brush heads are meant for sensitive teeth, so they are very soft. My initial brushing impression is that they provided a very thorough, gentle clean. It's difficult to know how long these replacement heads will last. Even if you get less than 3 months, the fact that you get so many in this package, at a fraction of what Oral-B charges, is still a great deal.

GERAGER Replacement Head brushes fit my Oral-B 7000 model toothbrush perfectly. They all come with individual wrapped and with covers to keep them clean and sterile which I thought was a nice touch. This bundle of 16 has two basic types of brush heads. The first one has bristles all at the same height. The second one has outer rim bristles raised higher than those in the middle. Both worked fine at removing plaque so I'm not sure I'd have a preference of one over the other. The for the money and performance, I'd buy these replacement brushes again. You get 16 which would last one person 4 years assuming they change them once every 3 months. Great value. Thanks.
