I bought these to use for my knee replacement recovery. These ice packs are amazing. They really stay cold and mold around wherever you need them. There are two to a box. The sheet design is the best and the size covers a large area, which is great for inflamed knees. I used these throughout the day for months since I can't take anti-inflammatory drugs. I use this ice pack almost daily since I've had it. It's nice and big so it covers my whole back. It stays cold for a while. It's easy to wipe clean if you need to. The gel makes it shape to your body.

I love this cold pack! I used to after a back injury and it stays cold for at least 30-45 mins of direct use. The material and the gel seem durable. It fits in the freezer easily, is comfortable to lie on and covers my whole back. It's very easy to use cold, or hot. I have taken it with me whole traveling and it folds down easily when not in use (fits into a tote bag).
